The library’s Auditorium is available for use to Rutherford-based non-profits and Borough-affiliated entities. Commercial or for-profit rentals are not permitted. In order to accommodate as many groups as possible, reservations are required and are limited to four (4) per calendar.
Reservations may be made up to 60 days in advance of the desired date(s) by filling out the application below. An application is required for all requests, regardless of whether the group has used the Auditorium before. The Auditorium is available to all Rutherford nonprofit groups on equal terms regardless of opinion or affiliation, and the library does not endorse the views of any group using the room.
Groups wishing to rent the Auditorium should first familiarize themselves with the library’s Meeting Room Policy, updated in June 2023. All groups must submit a Hold Harmless Agreement along with their application.
